Team Nomad Kitchen has a long history with pickling and we’re happy to announce that Brine #5 is ready to bring to our fans. Even though we called it Brine #5, it’s more like Brine #55, we did so many test batches and while they were all good, they didn’t have the overall appeal that Brine #5 had.
It’s a great brine for vegetables, or for mixing with a Caesar or into a martini, or for the daring ones as a pickle back after a shot of whiskey. Thank you to everyone to helped make Brine #5 what it is today! We plan to bring more variations of our brine to market, but for now please enjoy Brine #5!
